Who we are:
RevNet is a Minnesota corporation established in 2003, began as a consulting services provider but has evolved into a comprehensive hosting, managed services, and datacenter company. Today, RevNet specializes in offering Azure Stack HCI Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) combined with server colocation. In response to the rising costs associated with the Public Cloud, RevNet’s approach is to deliver predictable pricing for stable and edge workloads while utilizing the management capabilities of the Public Cloud.
Our Datacenter:
Our datacenter is a retired AT&T Longlines facility. It was built to a nuclear blast rating defined by AT&T during the cold war. If you want pretty – this site isn’t it – unless you’re an uber-nerd who loves tech specs! For more info on the Long Lines network look here: Long Lines Map and Information – Home (long-lines.com) – be careful you may be there a while!
We have two power feeds, one generator per power feed, one UPS per power feed. Each server cabinet is fed by one power feed from each UPS! All of our mission critical systems are built with power redundancy.
We currently have 3 fiber optic providers and BGP routed 10Gigabit Internet Service and are constantly looking to expand our provider count! These fiber optic providers enter the datacenter from opposing sides of the building and operate separate geo-diverse ringed fiber optic networks.
Our physical security includes 3 layers of authentication – cipher, badge, and security code.
